1. Using FullPack

FullPack is designed for personal use to track and manage your subjects and trips. You agree not to misuse the app, copy its contents, attempt to extract source code, or redistribute it without explicit permission.

2. In-App Purchases

FullPack offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features:

• Subscription purchases:
  • 12 Months prepaid access to unlimited
• Non-consumable purchase:
  • "Forever Pass" (one-time purchase granting permanent access)

All payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms and conditions.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

FullPack provides tools to assist you in managing subjects and trips. Item names and categories may be suggested automatically by AI (Google Gemini) based on your photos; such suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you can always edit them before or after saving. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data shown. You remain responsible for managing and verifying your data independently.

4. External Links

FullPack may include external links to third-party websites or services (such as feedback surveys). We have no responsibility or control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of external services.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signer Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use FullPack. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted here, and continued use of FullPack implies acceptance of updated terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Newark, DE 19713, USA.
