Signer Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates the FullPack app. We value your privacy and are dedicated to safeguarding your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data FullPack handles, where it is stored, and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide Voluntarily

FullPack does not require you to create an account or provide personal information. You may choose to provide information voluntarily via external feedback surveys (e.g., Typeform). Any data you submit there is governed by the privacy policy of the respective service.

b. Information Collected Automatically

• Device Identifiers: Device identifiers (such as IDFA and IDFV) collected by third-party advertising SDKs for ad attribution and performance measurement. IDFA is only collected with your explicit consent through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
• In-App Events: Aggregated event data (such as completing onboarding and subscribing) used to measure advertising campaign effectiveness. These events do not contain personal content or user-generated data.

2. Data Storage & Sync

FullPack stores your data in two places:

• Locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData.
• Apple iCloud—only if you explicitly enable iCloud syncing. iCloud storage is managed solely by Apple; Signer Labs has no access to or visibility into your iCloud data.

3. Third‑Party Services

FullPack integrates the following external services:

• Apple WeatherKit – used exclusively to retrieve current weather information based on your location. No personal data is exchanged, sent, or received through this service.
• TikTok Business SDK (by ByteDance) – used for ad attribution and campaign performance measurement. The SDK collects device identifiers (IDFA with your consent, IDFV) and in-app events (such as onboarding completion and subscription events) to measure advertising effectiveness. Data shared with TikTok is processed in accordance with TikTok's Partner Privacy Policy.

4. Analytics & Tracking

FullPack integrates the TikTok SDK for advertising attribution and campaign performance measurement. The SDK uses device identifiers to attribute app installs and in-app events to advertising campaigns.

You can control ad tracking on iOS by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and disabling "Allow Apps to Request to Track." When tracking is disabled, the App will not access your Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). You may also reset your advertising identifier from your device settings.

We do not employ additional analytics tools, cookies, or similar tracking technologies beyond what Apple provides by default through the App Store.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Because we do not retain personal data, GDPR rights such as access, rectification, or erasure do not apply within the app itself. If you have shared personal data through an external survey and wish to delete it, please reach out to us using the contact details below.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revisions will be posted here, with the effective date indicated at the top of the document.
