Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Signer Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates the FullPack app. We value your privacy and are dedicated to safeguarding your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data FullPack handles, where it is stored, and how it is used.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide Voluntarily
FullPack does not require you to create an account or provide personal information. You may choose to provide information voluntarily via external feedback surveys (e.g., Typeform). Any data you submit there is governed by the privacy policy of the respective service.
b. Information Collected Automatically
FullPack itself does not collect personal information for its core features, and using the app never requires an account. To measure the performance of our advertising, the app integrates the TikTok Business SDK, which may automatically collect device identifiers (such as the IDFA, only if you grant permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt) and app events (such as app installs, launches, and purchases). See Sections 3 and 4 for details and your choices.
c. Item Photos You Capture
When you photograph an item, FullPack processes the photo on your device to extract the item from its background. To suggest a name and category automatically, the extracted item image is then sent to Google's Gemini API for one-time recognition (see Section 3). The image is used solely to generate that suggestion, is not linked to your identity, and is never stored by us—we do not operate any servers. Your original photos and all item data remain on your device (and in your iCloud, if enabled). If recognition is unavailable (for example, without a network connection), the feature silently falls back to manual input.
d. Full-Body Photo for Virtual Try-On (Pro)
The AI virtual try-on feature (available to Pro subscribers) lets you preview how an outfit looks on you. To use it, you provide one full-body photo of yourself, which is stored only on your device and can be replaced by you at any time. When you tap to generate a try-on image, your full-body photo and the clothing-item images of that outfit are sent over an encrypted connection through our relay server to Google's AI services (Gemini for input validation and Vertex AI for image generation). The images are used solely to generate that single try-on picture, are processed one-time and immediately discarded, are never stored on our servers, and are not linked to your identity. The generated try-on picture is delivered straight back to your device, where it stays under your control. To enforce fair usage limits, try-on requests include an anonymized device identifier and an anonymous subscription identifier (from RevenueCat); these are used only for counting daily usage and verifying Pro status, and are not linked to your name or any account.
2. Data Storage & Sync
FullPack stores your data in two places:
- Locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData.
- Apple iCloud—only if you explicitly enable iCloud syncing. iCloud storage is managed solely by Apple; Signer Labs has no access to or visibility into your iCloud data.
3. Third‑Party Services
FullPack integrates the following external services:
- Apple WeatherKit – used exclusively to retrieve current weather information based on your location. No personal data is exchanged, sent, or received through this service.
- Google Gemini API – used to automatically suggest an item's name and category when you photograph a new item. The extracted item image (background removed) and your existing category names are sent to Google over an encrypted connection for one-time processing. Requests are handled under Google's paid-tier API data policy, which does not use your data to train models. No account information or device identifiers accompany these requests, and we never store the images—recognition results exist only inside your own item library.
- Google Vertex AI (Virtual Try-On, Pro feature) – used to generate try-on images. Your full-body photo and the outfit's clothing-item images are relayed through our server (which stores nothing) to Google's Gemini model for input validation and Google's Virtual Try-On model for image generation, over encrypted connections. Requests are handled under Google Cloud's API data policy, which does not use your data to train models. Images are processed one-time and immediately discarded; the generated picture is returned only to your device (see Section 1d).
- TikTok Business SDK (TikTok / ByteDance) – used to measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns (ad attribution). The SDK may share device identifiers (IDFA, only with your consent via the App Tracking Transparency prompt) and app events (install, launch, purchase — never your photos, items, or trip data) with TikTok. Data handling by TikTok is described in the TikTok Partner Privacy Policy.
4. Analytics & Tracking
To understand which ads bring users to FullPack, we use the TikTok Business SDK for ad attribution and conversion measurement (e.g., app installs and purchases). On first launch, iOS will ask for your permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt:
- If you allow tracking, the SDK may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to attribute your install to an ad.
- If you decline, no cross-app identifier is used; attribution falls back to Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork, which reports only anonymous, aggregated conversion counts.
You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Your item photos, trips, outfits, and inventory data are never shared with TikTok or any advertising partner. FullPack does not use cookies and contains no other analytics SDKs.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
Because we do not retain personal data, GDPR rights such as access, rectification, or erasure do not apply within the app itself. If you have shared personal data through an external survey and wish to delete it, please reach out to us using the contact details below.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revisions will be posted here, with the effective date indicated at the top of the document.
