3. Use of Dental AI and User-Generated Content

Information provided to or generated by the Dental AI Assistant is used only to:

• Enhance your experience through personalized, non-diagnostic guidance.
• Improve AI models through aggregated and anonymized analysis.
• Never for automated decisions that have legal or significant effects.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. By using the App, you grant Brushmo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process this content solely for service delivery and product improvement.

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share your data with trusted third parties only in the following cases:

• Cloud service providers for secure storage and AI processing.
• Payment processors for Brushmo Shop transactions.

5. Brushmo Shop Transactions

When purchasing from the Brushmo Shop:
